Granitron is Granisetron Mouth Dissolving Tablet that is given to patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy for preventing or treating vomiting and nausea. There are chemicals in the cancer treatment medicine that trigger these two symptoms, whose action can be blocked by Granitron. A doctor must recommend this tablet to patient only after reviewing the medical history. This medication must not be given if the patient has a history of heart disease. The medication might cause side effects, like headache, stomach pain, constipation, dizziness, etc.
